A highly respected and established Construction Consultancy in London is seeking a proficient and versatile Construction Project Manager.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about managing mid-to-large scale projects across various sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will handle a variety of projects in retail, commercial office, residential, education, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects through different stages of the construction process.
• Acting as a key communication link between clients, professional team members, and contractors.
• Ensuring projects are tailored to meet specific business objectives of clients.
• Adopting a proactive approach to project management to maintain high standards.

The Construction Project Manager

• Holds an MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Is ideally Chartered (RICS/APM/CIOB) or working towards accreditation.
• Can handle most or all RIBA stages.
• Has a consultancy background with experience in diverse projects within the build sector.
• Possesses a full driver's license.
