Job Title: Consultant Ecologist

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Bristol

We are looking for a Principal Ecologist who'd like to work at an award-winning, independent practice in Bristol, that prides itself on offering high quality service and delivering environmentally responsible and innovative solutions. They have recently celebrated 35 years of business, and each member has the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from inception through to delivery. They fully support professional development and continuous learning is actively encouraged to broaden skill bases and nurture careers.

The Consultant Ecologist Position offers:

  • £27,000 - £30,000
  • Hybrid and flexible working

As a Consultant Ecologist, your duties will be:

  • Completion of baseline ecological habitat surveys
  • Completion of protected species surveys
  • Liaising and working with specialist sub-consultants
  • Preparation of reports and data handling to support site and other survey work

To be considered for the Consultant Ecologist position, you will need:

  • Experience with managing projects and preparing reports
  • Proven Ecology experience
  • Appropriate degree/professional qualification(s)
  • IT skills with knowledge of full Microsoft Office package
  • A full UK driving licence
