Contentious Probate Solicitor - Legal 500 firm

The opportunity

An exciting new Contentious Probate opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join and already established leading private wealth disputes team based in Berkshire, being recognised as a legal 500 practice with lots of opportunity for progression up to Partnership.

The firm have a strong Private Wealth Disputes department of 6 individuals, with the team being led by highly regarded Partners and leading individual in the within the legal 500 also having top tier contentious probate department. The practice have also experienced continuous growth within the past few years having a turnover of 12 million last year alone.

The firm also offer competitive salary packages and bonus schemes as well as focusing on the training and mentoring of staff with the option to work from home 2-3 days a week provided.

You will be:

  • UK Qualified Solicitor 2+ PQE
  • Achieving the firm’s fee targets and assisting and enabling others in the team to do so by assisting with the development of junior members of the team
  • Be a team player
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Excellent client management skills

Salary: £48,000 - £60,000
