Contract Revit Technician IR35 Status: Outside

Hourly Rate - Circa £25 DOE (£20 to £30)
Contract Term - 1 month (potential for extension)
Location - Belfast, Ireland

We're exciting to be supporting a long-standing design & manufacturer of air conditioning and ventilation solutions. They operate across domestic & commercial properties throughout Ireland but also the UK.

They're looking for additional support from an experienced Revit Technician contractor who is able to use Autodesk BIM 365 with an understanding of BESA DW144.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to

  • Producing Revit documentation and co-ordinating with site teams and external consultants
  • Create 3D models in Revit that are designed to meet a client's budget
  • Work alongside the Contracts & Estimating teams to ensure clients' needs are met & projects are delivered on programme
  • Undertake clash detection and clash resolution within Revit
  • Inventory ordering and monitoring
  • Generate reports & schedules within Revit

Experiences required

  • Must be proficient using Autodesk Revit Architecture
  • Must be proficient using Autodesk BIM 365
  • Knowledge of BESA DW144 regulations for Sheet Metal Ductwork
  • Education background in Architecture, Building Services or Construction

Working Week
40 hours P/W | Monday to Thursday | Friday Early Finish
