Role: Contracts Manager (Procurement)

Location: Stoke - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Type: Permanent

Salary: £37k to £45k

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a Permanent Contracts Manager for University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stoke.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for procurement activity relating to the management of a portfolio of Clinical contracts that sit across multiple Trusts.

Responsibilities - Contracts Manager

  • To manage the procurement projects, including pre and post tender discussions
  • To take an overview of an allocated portfolio
  • Analysis of portfolio both contract and non-contract
  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers
  • To be responsible for the analysis of trends in purchasing activity
  • To provide regular and ad hoc management reports

Person Specification - Contracts Manager

  • Strong purchasing skills
  • Contract management experience including contract negotiations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
