Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Leicester
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 PA - DOE
Start Date: March 2024
Purpose of the role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager in Leicester. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracted services, organising and producing quotations, scheduling, and producing certification/ reports.
Duties:
- Managing and overseeing contracts
- Producing quotations
- Scheduling & producing reports.
- Administration duties
- Liaise with site managers and customers managing their expectations.
- Resolve any issues or problems that may occur during the contract.
- Liaise with site managers and customers managing their expectations.
- Responsible for management of each contract ensuring that each project is delivered smoothly on time and within budget.
Experience required:
- Experience in contract management and administration.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in contract Microsoft Office Suite
