Our client has engaged us on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced contracts managers within the Build and Fit-out sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, established and growing company.

• Project Values from £2m to £20m

• You will be working alongside 5 Contracts Managers

The Candidate

• Have 4 years plus experience working as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry
• Create build programmes to a high standard
• Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress
• Travel to 3 sites along the M62 Corridor
• Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover 
• Can demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationships
• Are able to create monthly reports on project updates
• Have experience using different software such as Asta powerproject & MS Office
• Possess the willingness to work in the office to galvanise the team

The Package

• £65,000 - £70,000 p/a Salary
• Car Allowance
• Travel Expenses
• Pension
