A well-established Solicitors firm in Swansea is currently seeking to hire a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing department. In this role, you will provide support to a team of fee earners by managing new instructions from receipt to completion.

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant within the Residential Property department, your responsibilities will include preparing contracts and supporting documents, registering applications with the Land Registry, conducting title checks, registering applications with Companies House, communicating with clients both over the phone and in person, as well as handling contract issuance and exchanges.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have previous experience working within a Residential property team as a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and the capability to perform effectively under pressure.
