Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Manchester

£25,000 -£32,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing dynamic team. Butler Rose are looking for an experienced individual with at least two years' experience in corporate insolvency and ideally holding CPI or ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency to join our client's Manchester office. The role will predominantly involve a mixture of liquidations and administrations.

The firm itself are a firm of accountants, business advisors and insolvency specialists. They are ranked in the top 100 firms in the UK so this is a great chance to join a reputable and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in client meetings from initial contact with responsibility of driving case to appointment.
  • Managing case from commencement to closure, driving case progression, statutory reporting, and investigations.
  • Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly liquidations and Administrations.
  • Dealing with all stakeholders including Directors, creditors, employees.
  • Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Preparation of reports, Receipts and Payments and correspondences
  • Undertaking statutory investigations and reporting requirements
  • Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Having a degree of autonomy in decision making.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in corporate insolvency.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to deal with high risk and complex issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage a competing priority in a varied case portfolio
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and work individually.
  • An accountancy and/or insolvency qualification is desirable.
