This corporate solicitor role will see you join a nicely sized team that is busy and looking to grow. The role will see you focus on M&A work for a mix of larger corporates as well as OMBs. You can expect to work closely with colleagues and to gain plenty of 'hands on' experience.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. You should have a commercial and pragmatic approach.
