A highly regarded Top 100 firm is recruiting into its Corporate team.

Woking alongside the lead equity partner, you will be advising on matters including, but not limited to:

  • Private M&A – sales & acquisitions
  • IPO
  • Project finance
  • Restructuring
  • MBO/MBI
  • ECM

This firm is seeking applications from partners with at least 10 years' PQE and a loyal client list, however it will also welcome applications from senior associates on the cusp of Partnership.

The wider corporate team is award winning and highly ranked in all directories, with an excellent reputation for its commerciality, problem solving and high quality work.
