Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: Up to £75,000 per year

An acclaimed full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding corporate and commercial law division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and commercially astute solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to advance and enhance their commercial service line.

Day to Day of the role:

Provide specialised corporate commercial advice to individual and corporate clients, including asset acquisition/sale, share acquisition/sale, shareholder agreements and company formation,

Demonstrate a proven track record in business development and independent caseload management.

Maintain excellent, proactive, and professional communication skills with a focus on client relationship management.

Showcase outstanding organisational skills, proactivity, and self-management.

Utilise case management systems, such as LEAP, to enhance efficiency and time management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.

Proven track record in business development and caseload management.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.

Experience with case management systems, LEAP system experience is desirable.
