Court of Protection Caseworker

A boutique award winning law firm known for being leading specialists in Court of Protection is looking to hire a Court of Protection Case Worker to join its Manchester office. 

This position has become available due to a continued increase in work within the team. I am looking to speak with individuals who either have previous experience working in COP or managing finances. 

You will be working with a team of Solicitors, to support with caseloads and working with clients who have lost capacity because of illness or a brain injury. As a case worker you will be the first point of contact for clients and families, helping them with practical and financial arrangements, from paying bills, to purchasing vehicles and helping clients maintain a budget. 

This team work on a hybrid working basis.
