Credit Control Team Leader

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working

£32,000 per annum plus fabulous benefits including

What you will be doing:

• You will work to ensure that day to day tasks are carried out to agreed timings and plans
• Set up and hold Team Meetings
• Performance Reporting
• Execute 1 - 2 - 1s and Appraisals
• Support the team across escalated Collections / Credit Control issues
• Work closely with Internal Teams including Treasury
• Work on Key Client Accounts for Credit Control - Query Management and Resolution

You will need to bring:

• A strong desire to be a Team Leader
• Ability to lead by experience
• Evidence of Training / Development or Coaching
• Time management and organisational skills
• Commercial understanding and drive
