Description
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the company's credit control systems and procedures
- Implementing effective recovery strategies for overdue customer accounts
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Monitoring customer credit limits and risk
- Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any billing disputes
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of the finance department's processes and systems
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Previous experience working as a credit controller
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- A solid understanding of credit control procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
