Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the company's credit control systems and procedures
  • Implementing effective recovery strategies for overdue customer accounts
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and risk
  • Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any billing disputes
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of the finance department's processes and systems

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Previous experience working as a credit controller
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines
  • A solid understanding of credit control procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
