JOB TITLE:       Criminal Solicitor
PQE:                 3 – 5 years’
LOCATION:      Greater Manchester
SALARY:          On application

•The appointed Solicitor will handle their own caseload, specifically motor offence cases.

•The firm represents individuals across the country who are confronted with various criminal driving allegations, including careless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, using a mobile phone while driving, and failing to comply with specimen or information requests.

•Applicants should have 3 -5 years’ PQE, and it is an essential requirement that applicants have experience handling a caseload of motoring offences.

•Advocacy skills are desirable, as you will undertake advocacy at court in connection with criminal matters.
