A well-regarded law firm specialising in Criminal Defence is now seeking a Solicitor to join its industry-leading motoring offences team.

The firm is known as a leader in the field, working on a nation-wide basis with offices in Salford and London. In this role, you will represent high-net-worth private clients, managing your caseload, including guilty and not guilty pleas.

About you:

  • Experienced in Criminal Defence or Probate or Housing Disrepair or Group Claims with at least 3 years’ PQE
  • Previously defended clients in court at bail hearings, plea negotiations, pre-trial conferences, trials, and sentencing hearings
  • Flexibility to provide rotating help for concerns that can arise after hours; This would be limited to one evening from 5-8 pm or one weekend day and evening from 10am-7pm
  • At least 1 year of experience using Proclaim or a similar case management system

I am open to applications from Solicitors who are experienced in alternative areas of law who are keen to secure an opportunity to retrain within Criminal Defence.

After probation, you can also benefit from a hybrid work schedule that consists of two days spent at home and three days in the office.
