Customer Account Manager
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER - £25000 - £28000 - depending on exp - Manchester
We are looking for a candidate that has extensive customer liaison experience - NO cold calling and are not expected to search for new customers. YOU will be part of a great inclusive team that offers development opportunities.
Description - responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating proposals and quotations, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate record-keeping. Working with new and existing clients to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service. Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand their priorities and objectives. Attending client meetings. Liaise with our internal delivery teams to ensure client objectives are achieved. Create proposals, monthly reports and quotations.
Experience - GREAT interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues. Experience with managing key accounts and maintaining successful long-term relationships
Be proficient in working with CRM systems, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and social media platforms
Confident and engaging presenter. Have shown stability in previous roles and be committed to building a strong future career
OFFICE BASED Mon - Fri role 37.5hrs a week, there is no home working.
