WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT;

THE ROLE OF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SUPPORT;

• Act as first point of Contact with Customers (full training will be given!!)
• Working to support across Email and Telephone - most of the time you will be based on the Telephone
• Query Management and Resolution
• Update of Excel and CRM Database
• Wortk to build and maintain Internal and External Relationhips
• General Office Administration
