Customer Account Support

Location : Rochdale

Salary : £22,000 - £24,000

We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Support to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week.

Key Duties:

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Communicating with customers via email, phone and teams to understand their needs and requirements
• Arrange and attend customer meeting when required
• Keeping a record of any customer enquiries using a CRM system
• Assisting with resolution of shipping and logistic discrepancies and re direct them to the correct departments
• Working closely with carriers and freight partners to coordinate the transport of goods
• Provide clear concise reports and updates to management on customer service metrics

Profile:

• Must have strong communication skills
• Need to have experience within a customer service role
• Ability to work with a team
• Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems
