Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual with exceptional communication skills?

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Customer Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Colchester. As the primary point of contact for incoming calls, you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer support and ensuring efficient order processing.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all customer enquires.
  • Supporting and working closely with the Sales rep's with lead generation.
  • Efficiently process sales orders and manage customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring prompt feedback within 24 hours.
  • Be responsible for compiling and distributing weekly open order reports for key customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and type quotations for internal office staff and external sales, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process sample requests using CRM & SAP systems, ensuring efficient and effective handling.
  • Compile and issue open quotations overview on a weekly basis, ensuring sales opportunities are effectively tracked.
