Profile

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be first point of contact for customers completing welcome calls and assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring the customer has an exceptional journey from start to finish.

You will be interacting with customers mainly over the telephone alongside email helping with a range of on boarding queries.
