Customer Services Administrator - Perth

We are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a busy office in Perth.

The role will include: managing customers billing, admin work, answering customer emails, answering phones and making telephone calls to customers to help with general queries.

The right candidate:

Previous call centre experience

Customer Service

Strong Communication Skills

Good IT Skills

Personable and engaging

Problem Solving Skills

3 month contract - Potential to go perm

This is a Monday to Friday Role.

8.30am - 5pm

Hybrid Role - 2 days in the office. 3 days work from home
