Customer Service Administrator

Company Overview: Our client, a leading provider of unsecured lending in the Financial Services Industry, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Administrator to support their expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products/services.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, Admin and finance to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in their CRM system.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Experience in FCA is a plus, but not required.
