Customer Service Administrator
We are recruiting some exciting customer service and administration opportunities to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company.
The roles offer excellent training and progression opportunities.
Salary - £24,500
Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main duties for each role:-
Customer Service Administrator
- Providing a contact point for customer and colleague queries and following up delivery schedules,
- Answering a high volume of both internal / external emails and telephone calls
- Processing customer call off orders & ordering additional items required
- Updating of CRM information to management system
- Generating paperwork for production requests & delivery notes
Sales Order Processor
- Processing high volume orders accurately on the in house CRM system.
- Answering a small number of internal and external calls.
- Processing customer call off orders & ordering additional items required
- Updating of CRM information to management system
- Generating paperwork and maintaining reports.
- To complete necessary paperwork & maintain filing systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months administration/ customer services experience within a fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone manner.
