Customer Service Administrator

Harvey McQueen are recruiting for customer service administrator to join one of our large clients. This role is located in the Chadderton area. For this role you will serve as an initial point of contact for customers, and responding to enquiries and be a first point of contact for quote queries.

Pay Benefits and Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
  • 45 minutes unpaid lunch
  • Salary £11.44 to £12.99 per hour
  • Excellent working conditions
  • Free Parking.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the quote enquiries mail box
  • Assess all the information provided against the systems
  • Pass over to the relevant team
  • Gain as much information form the customer as possible
  • Email responses using a template
  • Working in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • IT and computer literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to learn systems quickly
  • Confidence and bags of energy
  • Can do attitude
