Our client that is the leader within their field and are looking for individuals with customer service experience that will provide support to their Business Energy Digital support team which play's a crucial role throughout the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with Inbound customer calls resolving queries.
  • Checking of outbound/inbound customer letters.
  • Data Entry.
  • Email work.
  • Various other administration duties.
