Due to their continuing success we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser for our client - a top ten UK rural insurance company based outside Thame.
You will be providing exceptional service to both their existing and new commercial and personal customers. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with new sales and enquiries, existing policy changes and claims, all with a 'can do’ proactive enthusiasm.
Our client is looking for someone with experience of working within a regulated customer service environment or can demonstrate attention to detail, hasan approachable style to building relationships, a reassuring manner and can demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
You will be givenfull trainingand ongoing support in a friendly and supportive environment.
Salary 22.308-25K depending on experience.
