Expanding and award winning company based in Bishops Stortford are looking for a talented Customer Services Advisor to join their fantastic team!

• Dealing with a range of customer service duties including calls, order processing and product advice
• The Customer Service Advisor will respond to emails and online enquiries
• Be familiar with CRM or similar systems
• Provide support to other Customre Services Advisors within the team
• Chase missing or late orders
• Advise on new seasonal ranges and pricing

Experience

• Previously worked in a customer service advisor role
• IT literate and adept with MS Office
• Team Player looking for a long term role
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
