Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full-time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Are you a proactive, service-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a reputable and thriving company based in Banbury, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support their dynamic team of five Customer Service Executives. This role offers a competitive salary, stable employment, and the chance to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage correspondence via email, and letter, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations using our ERP system.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM database with precise account and contact details.
  • Support the Customer Service team with purchasing processes and stock control.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support across various departments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude towards customer service.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM software.
  • Flexible approach
