Our client based in Lewes, an expert in their field is looking to recruit a Part-time Customer Service Coordinator on a temp to perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established global company.
The role
- Updating and deleting data within the systems.
- Logging purchase orders.
- Answering email enquiries for both sales orders and purchasing.
- Verifying data and correcting data as applicable.
- All other duties as instructed by Head of Operations.
Experience Required
- Familiar with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
- Ability to use and create spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of data entry into account or ERP systems is advantageous.
- MS Query experience is advantageous.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is advantageous.
The role is part time for 12-16 hours a week Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be local to Lewes or able to commute each day, due to the role being fully office based.
