Customer Service Coordinator

Our client based in Lewes, an expert in their field is looking to recruit a Part-time Customer Service Coordinator on a temp to perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established global company.

The role

• Updating and deleting data within the systems.
• Logging purchase orders.
• Answering email enquiries for both sales orders and purchasing.
• Verifying data and correcting data as applicable.
• All other duties as instructed by Head of Operations.

Experience Required

• Familiar with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to use and create spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of data entry into account or ERP systems is advantageous.
• MS Query experience is advantageous.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is advantageous.

The role is part time for 12-16 hours a week Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be local to Lewes or able to commute each day, due to the role being fully office based.
