Customer Services Rep - Dutch Speaking ?????

Duration: 6 months ??

Pay: £15/hour ??

Location: Chester (50/50 hybrid working) ?? (Please note you must be within 1 hour traveling time from Chester)

Language requirements: Must be fluent in English and Dutch. French skills on top of Dutch would be highly desirable �?�?�?�?

Our client, a renowned multinational company operating in the Netherlands and Belgium, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their lively team of three. ????

What will you be doing?

  • Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute them in compliance with Global Distribution Practises (GDP) ??�?
  • Receive and enter orders into the SAP system, following defined business rules and performing necessary validations ????
  • Inform customers of any quality issues related to products, recalls, or put on hold situations ?????
  • Handle backorders and returns, including entering them into the system, obtaining approvals where necessary, and informing customers of decisions ??????
  • Monitor all open orders until completion and address any exceptions that arise ????
  • Archive order and delivery documents for record-keeping purposes ?????
  • Receive and respond to customer contacts through phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate and timely communication ??????
  • Route inquiries to related departments when necessary, ensuring efficient resolution ??????
  • Handle routine complaints and disputes from customers, resolving them whenever possible and escalating when necessary ??????
  • Determine root causes of issues and provide customers with detailed outcomes ????
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures ????????

What do you need to succeed?

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English, with professional-level proficiency in both languages �?�?�?�?
  • Proficiency in French is highly desirable, as it will contribute to better customer support �?�????
  • IT literacy and familiarity with order processing and verification ??????????
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise execution of tasks ???
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not mandatory ????
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach ??????
