Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive and high-quality solutions to ensure swift resolution of queries
Adhere strictly to company protocols for seamless handling of returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions
Flexibly work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
Quickly adapt to evolving processes and procedural changes
Skills Required:
A strong background in Customer Service or working in a call-handling environment
Strong attention to detail

Positivity and creative thinking are a must
