Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide comprehensive and high-quality solutions to ensure swift resolution of queries
  • Adhere strictly to company protocols for seamless handling of returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions
  • Flexibly work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
  • Quickly adapt to evolving processes and procedural changes
Skills Required:
  • A strong background in Customer Service or working in a call-handling environment 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • thrive on helping customers get the answers they need, following
    processes, and ensuring efficiency
  • Positivity and creative thinking are a must
