Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading international business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their Barnsley based Offices

Description

  • Provide support to international customers via phone and email
  • Build strong, long lasting working relationships with key international customers through cleat communications
  • Own customer orders from cradle to grave
  • Process customer orders accurately and in line with agreed timescales
  • Take ownership of any customer issues, looking to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to customers
  • Work closely with production and logistics to arrange timely delivery of customer orders
  • Keep customers updated on the status and potential changes of their order
  • Provide world class levels of service to customers during all interactions

Profile

  • Experience in a similar customer service management role
  • Passionate about providing world class service
  • Experience in a similar type business
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communicator

Job Offer

The role of Customer Service Manager with join a leading international business at their offices based in Barnsley.

The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, with free on site parking and 25 days holiday

Working hours are 0700 to 15-30 Monday to Friday and is on site
