Fish Insurance are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. Fish is one of the biggest disability and independent living specialists in the UK and our team is built around individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy spending time talking to their customer’s ensuring they are well looked after and understand the product they are purchasing. Every policy we offer has been designed to meet the unique requirements of our customers.

Our office is based in the centre of Gloucester and is accessible by car or bus. For those looking to travel by car, we have car parking. Opening times are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Role:

  • Making a positive impression with customers whilst offering them suitable insurance products that reflects their needs
  • Contacting new and existing customers offering our products and services to aid retention and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that you are maximising every opportunity you have to sell our great products to our customers
  • Liaising with customers sensitively and at all times an awareness that you are dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority

Candidate:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Ability to build a rapport with lots of different types of customers
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Being a team-player: our success is not only based on individual efforts, but working efficiently as one team
  • Confidence to manage your workload and any issues professionally and calmly
  • Embrace and support our culture
  • Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths, degree level preferred.
  • Computer Literate
