We are seeking an Customer Service/Internal Sales Team Leader for our client based in Hollywood, Birmingham!

Join a family-run manufacturing firm with more than 75 years’ experience, spanning three generations!

Our clients company was originally founded to reuse corrugated boxes after WW2 - staying focused on encouraging and providing greener alternatives, using renewable and sustainable sources, as well as recycled materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contacting customers to further sell different products
  • Oversee the complete customer journey
  • Plan, execute and analyse sales and marketing campaigns
  • Lead existing customer service team to aid in strengthening existing working practices
  • Support product enquiries
  • Develop best solutions for customers
  • Process orders
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Monitoring customer feedback
  • Examine feedback performance data to aid in departmental improvements
  • Liaise with the Purchasing, Design, Production and Warehouse departments to ensure excellent customer service


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or B2B marketing beneficial
  • Previous experience in technical sales
  • Self-motivated, confident in using own initiative
  • Able to motivate others - leadership skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
