**Job Title:** Design and Technology Teacher (Full-Time)

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Design and Technology (D&T) Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a vital member of our faculty, you will inspire and engage students in the exciting field of D&T, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for future success.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and independent thinking.
- Utilise modern teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience and achieve learning objectives.
- Assess student progress effectively through a variety of formative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the curriculum and promote cross-curricular connections.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication, mentor ship, and support.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Design and Technology, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of relevant curriculum frameworks and educational standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

**Additional Information:**
- Overseas qualifications will be considered, provided they meet the equivalent standards required for teaching in the United Kingdom.
