An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Assets team for a Damp and Mould Co-ordinator.

* The Damp and Mould Co-ordinator is to lead the overall Project Management for the Damp and Mould process.

* To coordinate and oversee all damp and mould work carried out for the Trust and its customers ensuring this is carried out in line with policy.

* To ensure compliance with all legislation including Awaab's Law and manage risk and reputational issues for the Trust.

* To provide excellence in customer care to tenants and their families.

* To support improvements in process efficiency through collaborative working and continual learning.

For the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.
