Temporary Data entry - Payroll Assistant :

Do you have a keen eye for detail ? Are you looking to start a job opportunity ASAP?

I am currently seeking a detail-oriented Data entry - Payroll Assistant to assist smooth payroll operations for a well established company.

location - Leighton Buzzard

Contact - temporary (on-going)

start date - as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and code invoices per company policies.
  • Verify bank details before invoice entry.
  • Ensure timely invoice authorisation and payment.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to prevent over payments.
  • Monitor and respond to AP queries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused communication skills.
  • Previous data entry / administration
