Debt Finance Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a prestigious US law firm to recruit a Debt Finance Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 2-3 years of finance experience to join a fast-paced, dynamic team, assisting on venture capital financings, debt financings, M&A and public offerings.

Some of the duties include; preparing financing documents/materials, managing capitalisation process and records, supporting associates on closings and corporate transactions and preparing routine documents including' incorporation documents and board and shareholder actions.

Suitable candidates must be degree educated, and have a minimum of 2 years prior finance experience, ideally within debt finance or venture capital financing.

This role will require candidates to work from the office 5 days per week 9.30am - 5.30pm (with flexibility with long-hours required).
