We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Debt Recovery Administrator or Paralegal to aid in the management of debt recovery cases in our Legal department. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, maintain organisation in high-pressure situations, and stay up-to-date on legal regulations.

Description

  • Administer the process of debt recovery for clients.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate case completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all case dealings.
  • Stay current with changes in law related to debt recovery.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on case progress.
  • Contribute to the overall team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Profile

A successful Debt Recovery Administrator or Paralegal should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations related to debt recovery.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and other standard office software.

Job Offer
