Progress Your Career in Residential Children's Care, with this Fantastic Deputy Home Manager Role, based in Leicester.

We are looking for someone, who is expereinced in working with and leading services for people diagnosed with various Learning Disabilities, Autism.

**Shift Pattern:**
- Predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities for this Deputy Home Manager Position include:

- Forging trusting relationships to foster service user independence and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to support service users.
- Lead shifts and conduct staff supervisions effectively.
- Assist the Registered Manager with audits and operational duties.
- Maintain the home environment, including cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
- Accurately document and update service user records.
- Uphold stringent safeguarding policies and ensure a safe living space.

**Candidate Profile:**
- A minimum of 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care qualifications.
- Preferably holding a Level 5 in Social Care Management.
- Proven experience with individuals diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Background in residential care settings.
- Ideally, possession of a driving licence and personal vehicle access.
