Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities - Up to £30,050

NonStop Care is working with Childrens Residential home based in the Birmingham area, they are looking for a Deputy manager to join their home


You will be working closely with the Registered Manager, helping you to upskill yourself which will to further career development opportunities .


Responsibilities:


* Work collaboratively and co-operate willingly to ensure optimum delivery of day to day care.
* Assist the Registered Manager in the selection, recruitment and retention of staff as necessary.
* Assist the Registered Manager to ensure that all new staff receive a proper induction to the home in line with company policy.
