- Hours: 40 hour week Monday to Friday
Have fond memories of school trips, whether skiing or a language exchange trip? We are working with a leading educational and ski tour organiser. With roots tracing back to the 1970s, our client pioneered school travel and they are looking to recruit a Destination Specialist to join the team.
The Educational Tours are meticulously designed by a team of Destination Specialists. These individuals are knowledgeable, driven, and thrive in dynamic environments. If you're passionate about travel planning, detail-oriented, and love crafting bespoke educational programs, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Construct tailor-made tour quotations using our in-house system.
- Create quote letters for clients.
- Collaborate with Travel Advisors to adjust quotations, ensuring each tour is truly bespoke.
- Provide destination advice.
- Liaise with suppliers for accommodation availability and booking transportation.
- Coordinate with Tour Coordinators for confirmed bookings.
- Arrange payments for accommodation, transport, and excursions.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Team player with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
- Full-time position, five days a week.
