We are currently recruiting for a Double Glazing and Conservatory Surveyor/Installer to join our client based on the outskirts of Swindon.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate measurements and site surveys to ensure successful installations
- Work with the sales team to provide technical support and advice to customers
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Carry out installations of double glazing and conservatories when needed to support fitting teams
- Conduct any necessary remedial works on completed installations
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in surveying and installing double glazing and conservatories
- Relevant qualifications and certification
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- High level of professionalism and integrity
