Empowering Learning is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Hillingdon. If you are enthusiastic about inspiring young minds and fostering a love for drama and the performing arts, we want to hear from you!

**About the Role:**
As a Drama Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative drama lessons to students aged 11-18.
- Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Inspire students to explore various aspects of drama, including performance, scriptwriting, and production.
- Support and guide students in preparing for performances, exams, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to a positive school culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Organize and lead school productions, drama clubs, and other related activities.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support student development.


**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Experience teaching drama at the secondary school level is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for drama and the ability to inspire students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
