- Deliver engaging and high-quality A Level Drama lessons to small groups of students.

- Prepare students for A Level examinations with a focus on achieving top results.

- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the college’s continuous improvement.
- Support and guide students throughout their academic journey at the college.
- Possess a degree from a recognised University.
- Preferably have experience teaching A Level Drama, with or without a teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the A Level Drama curriculum.
- Exhibit excellent collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues.
- Embody principles of thoughtfulness and intentionality in decision-making and actions.
- Have a growth mindset and value innovation as a route to improvement and growth.
- Build and foster relationships characterised by kindness, care, empathy, and respect.
