Position: Dual Registered Manager - Childrens Homes
Location: Wirral
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a background in children's residential care? We're looking for a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two 2-bed properties in the beautiful Wirral area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full managerial responsibility for the day-to-day operations of two children's homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including Ofsted requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provision, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
