E-commerce Executive - Manchester City Centre - Hybrid

Exciting news! Forward Role has joined forces with a retail powerhouse in search of a dynamic E-commerce Executive. As part of this role, you'll be at the helm of day-to-day website operations, ensuring seamless e-commerce trading activity. Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce & Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all online platforms are optimized for maximum performance and customer satisfaction. 

Role:

• Coordinating with the product development team to list new product releases on the website ahead of launch.

• Enhancing product listings with accurate information, images, and pricing to boost sales and revenue.

• Managing promotional campaign setup, including uploading banners and content to the website. • Overseeing email marketing campaigns.

• Collaborating with the digital agency to execute campaigns across various channels.

• Ensuring data consistency across different datasets.

• Reviewing order intake for efficient processing.

• Improving product conversion rates across the website using our merchandising software.

• Providing regular reporting on website performance.

• Assisting the Customer Care Centre & Showrooms with web/order-related issues.

• Offering additional support to the e-commerce team as required.

Requirements:
• Essential experience with Magento or similar CMS platforms.

• Proficient in Google Analytics.

• Desirable experience with Attraqt/Fredhopper.

• Minimum two years' e-commerce experience, with a keen interest in online retail sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to make recommendations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical skills with a commercial focus.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
