E Discovery Manager

Here's an excellent chance to advance your career in eDiscovery. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to gain expertise across the entire EDRM lifecycle. Although primarily based in London, occasional travel may be necessary for engagements at client sites within the UK and abroad.
As a valued member of the team, you will:
.Prepare data for processing, including staging, logging, and quality control checks.
.Utilize specialist software to process data and address any exceptions.
.Handle client requests and inquiries, escalating when necessary.
Proactively provide project support and administrative assistance.
.Generate document disclosures according to specified requirements.
.Conduct quality control checks on colleagues' work, such as complex searches in Relativity and document disclosures.
.Maintain regular communication with clients and senior team members.
.Research innovative tools, techniques, and workflows to enhance processing and review efficiency.
.Play an active role in marketing initiatives and cultivating client relationships.
We're looking for someone who:
.Brings substantial experience in eDiscovery and proficiency with Relativity.
.Can follow complex policies and procedures with precision.
.Excels under pressure, delivering detailed work within tight deadlines.
.Demonstrates consistency and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
.Displays a strong appetite for learning and knowledge-sharing (training provided).
.Works well both independently and collaboratively.
.Communicates complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
.Takes a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
.Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
.Has essential proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
